You can delete your RiderFinder account at any time. No questions asked.
Delete it in the app
- Open your profile and tap Edit profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
You’re signed out on every device right away. Your account is permanently deleted 30 days later.
Changed your mind? Sign back in before the 30 days are up and the deletion is cancelled.
Can’t get into the app?
Email us at hello@loopacer.com from the address linked to your account. Include:
- Your name
- The email address on your account
- Why you’re leaving (optional, but it helps us)
We’ll delete your account within 30 days and email you once it’s done.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, photo, bio and location), your email address, sign-in methods, Strava connection, friends, club memberships, ride RSVPs, notifications and devices are all removed.
Rides, routes and chat messages you posted in clubs stay up so other riders don’t lose them, but they’re shown as “Deleted user” and no longer linked to you.
